A-1 is proud to have added this jewel of a cabin to our rental program called Bears Den!It has so much to offer..Bears Den is a very warm and inviting cabin. All the comforts of home, fully equipped kitchen, dining area is open so you can enjoy the fireplace. Gather together to enjoy your favorite things to eat, and talk about the fun activities of your day!You will also like the total privacy this cabin offers! Spend time in the Rocking chairs on the coverd deck or emerse yourself in the Hot tub on the Gazebo with your loved one!! Build a fire in one of the two firepits! Great place to tell Fish tales!! This cabin is next to Unicoi State Park and Lake. Only minutes from the Alpine Village. We are sure you will want to stay at Bears Den over and over again!!
If a reservation includes a Friday or Saturday night, two nights will be at the weekend rate. A-1 Vacation Rentals requires a two night minimum stay. The Holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve require a 3 night minimum stay. Thanksgiving Requires a 4 night minimum stay.(All nights will be at the weekend rate.) The Rental rate will be adjusted at the office when the reservation is received. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the adjustments made.
