How can I see which cabins are available for the dates in which I want to stay?
- Go to "Cabin Search"
- Select your arrival date and departure date
- Select amenities
- Then press Search
- This will bring all cabins that fit your criteria...

How can I make a reservation?
Reservations are very simple to make, either online or with one of our experienced and friendly reservationists.  We can be reached toll-free at 800-395-3644. We will be glad to help!

What type of payments do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Master Card, and Cash appon arrival.
- Prepayments have the option of sending in a check or money-order (which must be recieved with-in 10 days of making your reservation)and must be RECEIVED at least 10 days before your arrival.

Are there any additional fess?
- Every cabin has a base rate which can be found on the cabins personal page under the rate table.
- Each cabins price is base on 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10  people, but may sleep more. If the rate is based on 2 but sleeps 4 and you have 4 people in your party it would be $10 extra per person per night.
- A processing fee is added onto all properties. Each cabin has its own processing fee which will be listed under the description on the properties personal page. These range from $30.00 - $75.00. Processing fees are a one time fee NOT a per night fee.
- The tax rate for lodging in Helen is 15%.

What is the processing fee?
The processing fee helps to cover the cost of processing the reservation, draining, cleaning, and refilling the hot tub.  The processing fee for larger cabins and pet friendly cabins, also helps to cover the cost of the extra cleaning required.

What is required to make a reservation?
- A Visa or Mastercard to hold your reservation with.
- Your name and basic information
- And thats it (pretty simple!)

When is payment due?
- 50% is due apon making your reservation.
- The other 50% is due upon arrival.

How do I get the physical address of our Cabin?
- Unfortunately we do not give out the address of our cabins ahead of time. But you will need to come to our office to check-in and the office address is:

What does A-1 Vacation Rentals provide?
- A beautiful and clean cabin...
- Linens for all beds in cabin.
- A clean starter set of towels for each person allotted in cabin.
- A starter set of toiletries.
- Dish soap
- A fully equipped kitchen
- And last but not least a Wonderful memory that will last forever!!!

Some things you need to bring:
- Shampoo, we do not provide shampoo
- Hairdryer
- We provide a starter set of linens and toiletries. If your stay is lengthy you may want to bring extra (towels, toilet paper, etc.). Maid service is NOT provided during your stay so no restocking will be done.
- All cabins have a grill, many are charcoal - you will need to provide your own...
- If there is a particular piece of cooking equipment that you absolutley need to prepare a spectacular meal you are planning, please be aware these are privately owned units and Owners supply basics, specialty items may not be available... Think ahead and bring it with you...
- Matches for fire pits, fireplaces, and/or grill may not be there...

Where can I get firewood?
- We have firewood for sale at our office for $3.95 a bundle.
- But we don't have matches or starters so remember to grab them before you leave the house!
